With already a top ten bestseller on Beatport, inclusion on Jay Epoch's Particles "Drago" compilation, and a stellar EP on Eelke Kleijn's Outside the Box label, his latest outing is only the next step in establishing himself as a mainstay in the scene.
When "Prime Time" was first heard on Hisham Zahran's guest mix for Jody Wisternoff's Way Out There radio show we were hooked. The Retrospective EP is the resulting project, a 3 track progressive tech house collection destined for greatness.
Look for remixes of this EP later in 2008 alongside Roger's remix of Matt Rowan's "This That and the Other" due out later this quarter.

Roger is a young man with the dream to spread quality electronic music to the world - music that is presented in a way that the word “genre” becomes meaningless. Starting out in Club 02 in Portugal and Global Club in Lithuania, he moved to the world capital of Dance music – Amsterdam. The Mazzo, NL Lounge, Club iT and Beachpop 2004 are some places where Roger gave his “acte de présence”. Roger's recent performances at Sensation White in Amsterdam and at the legendary Dance Valley Festival have proven that he is ready to take part in the big league.
But DJ'ing is not his only interest. Roger Martinez’ first ever released track “The House” was charted instantly by Paul van Dyk. He created the theme song for IO festival ‘07 (the biggest festival for students in The Netherlands) and showed the world his skills as a producer who is capable to work in a wide range of genres. His latest track “Instigate” collaboration with producer funkuZ is signed by the critically acclaimed “In Charge” label of Marco V. All of his tracks are receiving major support by many of the world’s most established DJs and producers.
